Every so often we find ourselves with the winter blues up here in Minnesota, so a spontaneous trip to Florida is in the mix. This beach at Fort DeSoto near St. Petersburg is one of our favorite places to retreat to. It’s not crowded, full of wildlife, fun to explore, peaceful and boasts the best sunsets with the occasional passing dolphin. Not a place to be missed!
